THE DECLARATION
A DECLARATION ON FREEDOM FROM VACCINATION COERCION
In view of governments and employers instituting vaccination mandates and reporting policies, we the undersigned issue the following sincerely-held declaration of truth upholding the solemn and inherited right of every person to assert their freedom;
WHEREAS employers are limiting or denying access to employment opportunities for unvaccinated persons or those who do not wish to share their medical status;
AND WHEREAS such mandates and policies violate the conscience, rights, and bodily integrity of vaccinated and unvaccinated persons alike, to decline ANY unwanted medical treatment or procedure, including vaccination without fear of discrimination, punishment or reprisal;
AND WHEREAS those persons who cannot or choose not to be vaccinated for Covid-19—as is their fundamental right—will be excluded and denied a normal existence.
AND WHEREAS in 2011, the U.S. Supreme Court agreed with Congress’ statement of 1986 that: government licensed vaccines are “unavoidably unsafe” and pharmaceutical corporations should not be liable for vaccine injuries and deaths;
AND WHEREAS today, when a person dies or is permanently injured after vaccination, you cannot hold the vaccine manufacturer or the doctor who administered the vaccine accountable in court in front of a jury of your peers;
AND WHEREAS the US Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) database has recorded 798,000 adverse events-including 16,766 deaths and 24,805 permanent disabilities as of Oct 8th 2021;
AND WHEREAS our union has abdicated it's moral responsibility to do what is just, right and fair and informing us what the outcome will be for failure to comply with employer vaccination mandates and policies;
WE THE SIGNATORIES, members of Unifor, despite what our union postulates, ASSERT AND DECLARE that the following articles be honoured, maintained and protected in every sector of our economy regardless of whether unionized or not.
ARTICLE 1: Unifor workers as well as all citizens of Canada, shall remain free from any coercion to decide for themselves whether to be vaccinated or unvaccinated, and shall maintain their bodily integrity by asserting their God-given freedom to decline participation in any medical experiment, medical testing, surveillance, vaccination program or any other medical procedure, that violates their convictions and/or conscience.
ARTICLE 2: Unifor workers as well as all citizens of Canada, shall remain free to pursue gainful employment, work, and engage in commerce without discrimination, and threats of dismissal.
